A living network enterprise built on mutual aid, shared services & co-created revenue

Enspiral isn’t a company.

It’s a global network of changemakers, technologists, educators, and entrepreneurs—working together to earn, collaborate, and fund what matters.

They’ve been running the Catalyst model for over a decade.

Here’s how they do it—and what your network can learn.

How Enspiral Implements the Catalyst Model

1. Venture Revenue Sharing

Each Enspiral-aligned venture voluntarily contributes a % of its revenue to the commons (typically ~5%).

These funds support:

✔ Coordination roles

✔ Network infrastructure

✔ Member-led projects

💡 It's opt-in, flexible, and trust-based—not enforced by contracts.

“If we make this central organization strong, we’ll all benefit from a richer community.”

— Joshua Vial, Enspiral co-founder
